“In discussions of end of life decision-making the ethical or legal Doctrine of Double Effect remains a hotly debated topic. We have assembled a unique set of perspectives, for and against, normative and descriptive, ethical, legal, social, psychological, theological, and medical, to stimulate productive discussion on this area of both practical and theoretical controversy.

Who should attend: Doctors and all Healthcare professionals, academics and students in fields related to this topic such as medicine, philosophy, social science, law, psychology and theology.
