The work stream ‘Enabling legal capacity through decision-making support’ is motivated by a move in the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities towards universal legal capacity and decision-making support. As a part of this work, a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, full time for 2.5 years, has been advertised. The Research Fellow will be based in York Law School at the University of York working under the supervision of Matt Matravers and Jillian Craigie.
