We are seeking to appoint a Senior Lecturer in Biomedical Ethics and Law to make a significant contribution to the research and teaching at the Centre for Ethics in Medicine, including leadership, co-ordination, assessment and related administration of courses taught by the Centre for Ethics in Medicine at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Post-graduate teaching includes masters-level courses and supervision of PhD students.
You will be expected to make a substantial contribution to the delivery, assessment and administration of teaching in relation to ethics and law provided on the MBChB (Medicine) course, the BSc (Hons) in Bioethics and the MSc in Health Care Ethics and Law, collaborate on research projects requiring ethical expertise with colleagues in the School of Social and Community Medicine and publish high quality articles in peer reviewed journals.
