You are cordially invited to this special event during which Professor Luker will discuss definitions of unplanned pregnancy and her views on risk taking behaviour and contraceptive use.

Professor Kristin Luker is the foremost American sociologist researching contraceptive use and risk taking around unplanned pregnancy and sex education policies in the US. As Professor of Law and Professor of Sociology at the University of California, Berkeley, she has advised the White House on issues in teenage pregnancy.
