Post-doctoral Research Fellowship: Novel Genetic Technologies and Inter-generational Justice

The Novel Tech Ethics research team at Dalhousie University invites applications for a post-doctoral research fellowship on Novel Genetic Technologies and Intergenerational Justice for the 2009-2010 academic year (renewable for one year). Applicants should have a background in philosophy, political science or equivalent, and must have completed the PhD. Experience with interdisciplinary teamwork would be an asset. Responsibilities include the review and critique of relevant literature, as well as the development and elucidation of new perspectives and approaches, publication in relevant peer-reviewed journals, and presentations at national meetings.
Applications should be submitted electronically to and must include a CV, (scanned) transcripts, a sample of scholarly work, a general statement of research interests, and the names and contact information of three referees. Review of applications will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
